"The 4-stage B & B engine program starts with a change in the electronics and a slight increase in boost pressure to increase the power of the engine 2.0ltr.TSI for only 1.198, – € to 245 hp and 400 Nm. In Stage 2 for 1.798.- € 265 hp and 425 Nm are reached. To reach the final output of 320hp and torque of 495Nm at Level 4, the technicians of B & B in addition to the previous levels of the series change the OEM charge air cooler against a ​ ​specifically for the VW T5 made high-performance intercooler. This is characterized by a significantly increased volume, improved flow conditions and a larger surface. In addition, technicians assemble the B & B special downpipe to further reduce exhaust back pressure and exhaust temperature, and a special oil cooling system with thermostat.
