Felder Felder maakt carbon jurkje voor BMW

Felder Felder, the fashion label launched by eco-conscious twin German sisters Annette and Daniela Felder, have teamed up with BMW i ahead of London Fashion Week 2016 for a second consecutive year.

Today, they unveil their 10th Anniversary Collection which features upcycled and sustainable fabrics. Inspired by BMW i and featured as the collection's hero piece is the "Carbon Dress", a fringe-detailed metallic skater dress created using the same carbon fibre found in the BMW i3 and BMW i8.

Today, they unveil their 10th Anniversary Collection which features upcycled and sustainable fabrics. Inspired by BMW i and featured as the collection's hero piece is the "Carbon Dress", a fringe-detailed metallic skater dress created using the same carbon fibre found in the BMW i3 and BMW i8.

"The carbon fabrics are amazing and unlike anything we've used before – we are honoured to be given access to them before anyone else. The woven fibre allows us to do more with the designs and push the boundaries of sustainable fashion. It adds amazing structure and the frayed carbon looks so great as tassels. We can't wait to show everyone the collection" said Daniela and Annette Felder.

The rest of Felder Felder's collection, in their trademark rock n' roll style, features flash electric motifs and upcycled clothing from their last decade of work.
